Job Description
Our 2theloo Service Center is looking for a Concept Manager in Germany, living nearby Frankfurt. Being a Concept manager at 2theloo is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow along with a successful and fast growing company. As Concept manager you protect- and have a clear vision on 2theloo’s concept. You need to be a motivator and mentor, someone who can guide our 2theloo service employees and develop their talent. You should have experience leading multiple stores, because you’ll also be responsible for ensuring worldwide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all the locations. But most of all, you’ll be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating an amazing environment.
  • Develops the service employees to deliver amazing customer experiences in the stores.
  • Providing service employees with coaching and developmental opportunities. Building effective team to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
  • Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of 2theloo.
  • Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the service employees to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Utilizes management information tools and analyses financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in performance.
  • Develop the cash management of 2theloo to a higher level.
  • Reviews store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the shop managers to take action and achieve operational goals.
  • Accesses external resources to support operations and to execute initiatives such as Human Recourses, Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Store Development. 
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher in business or hospitality management;
  • Progressively responsible retail or restaurant experience (2 years);
  • Experience analyzing financial reports;
  • Responsibility over a P&L, inventory management, other budget or sales target;
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment;
  • Flexible, stress resistant and hands on mentality;
  • Working knowledge of business processes and system development;
  • Supervisory, team-building, organization and planning skills;
  • Available to work flexible hours;
  • Willing to commit to 2theloo;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely In English and German, both orally and in writing. Dutch is a pre;
  • Good skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Living nearby Frankfurt.
